Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge launch delayed
Samsung has unexpectedly delayed the release of the Galaxy S25 Edge. The device was initially expected to launch in April, but changes in the company’s leadership have prevented this.
Samsung introduced the Galaxy S25 Edge earlier this year and planned to release it in April. However, recent reports indicate that the launch has been pushed back to May or June. Samsung has reportedly informed South Korea’s three major telecom operators about this delay.
Why is the Galaxy S25 Edge delayed?
The primary reason for the delay is the unexpected passing of Samsung’s Vice President JH Han last week, which led to leadership changes within the company. As a result, Samsung will not hold a major launch event for the Galaxy S25 Edge. Instead, key details such as pricing and release date will be announced via an online event. According to leaks, the 256GB model of the Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to be priced at approximately $1,023.
Galaxy S25 Edge Specifications
